Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has issued strict instructions to party leaders regarding the SIR issue during a Zoom meeting held with Congress leaders. He described the matter as highly serious and warned that negligence would not be tolerated.

The Chief Minister addressed ministers, legislators, Members of Parliament, and constituency in-charges, stressing the need for greater responsibility and active involvement. He emphasized that the issue could significantly affect the party and the public if not handled properly.

Revanth Reddy expressed concern that some leaders were not showing the required seriousness. He stated that the party cannot remain silent when organizational interests are being affected.According to the Chief Minister, district-wise reports regarding awareness activities related to the SIR issue have already been reviewed. He directed party leaders to organize additional awareness meetings across districts.

The Chief Minister instructed in-charge ministers to perform their responsibilities more effectively and ensure that party workers actively participate in awareness campaigns. He warned that mishandling the SIR issue could lead to injustice against poor people. He stated that if the voting rights of economically weaker sections are affected, they may face difficulties in accessing various government welfare schemes.

Revanth Reddy emphasized that adherence to party instructions is mandatory for all leaders. He made it clear that those who fail to follow party directives may be replaced with new in-charges. The Chief Minister also announced that the situation would be reviewed again within the next ten days. He instructed local party representatives and sarpanches to conduct awareness campaigns in villages.

The planned outreach programs are intended to educate the public about the importance of the issue and encourage greater participation at the grassroots level.Party leaders have been asked to work in coordination to ensure that awareness reaches every section of society. The leadership believes that timely action can prevent confusion and protect the interests of vulnerable communities.

The Chief Minister concluded by reiterating that negligence would not be excused and that organizational discipline remains a top priority for the party leadership.
