Hyderabad, July 21: A disturbing crime wave has hit Hyderabad, with nine members of the Muslim community murdered across the city in the last 45 days. Out of more than 30 murders recorded since June 5 within the Hyderabad, Rachakonda, and Cyberabad limits, these nine cases have highlighted a chilling trend.Police investigations reveal that substance abuse was a primary factor in at least five of the nine killings.
