Deputy Chief Minister Telangana Bhatti Vikramarka has announced plans to develop the All India Industrial Exhibition Society into a globally recognized platform. He inaugurated the 85th edition of the annual exhibition at Nampally, Hyderabad, on Thursday evening.
The iconic Numaish, organized by the All India Industrial Exhibition Society, will run for 45 days—from January 1 to February 15—offering a blend of commerce, culture, and community engagement. Addressing the gathering, Vikramarka said the state government under Chief Minister Revanth Reddy is determined to expand the society’s reach and strengthen its financial sustainability.
He noted that several promises made by previous administrations were not fulfilled, but the current government, with the cooperation of Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu and city in-charge Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, is committed to revitalizing the exhibition and enhancing its infrastructure.
The Deputy CM praised the society’s role in promoting social service, education, and women empowerment, describing its contribution as commendable.
Vikramarka also emphasized that the exhibition serves as a significant cultural and economic identity for both Hyderabad and the state of Telangana.

City In-charge Minister Ponnam Prabhakar said that stalls from 29 states will be set up at this year’s Numaish and urged the public to visit and enjoy the annual exhibition.
Society Chairman and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu, along with former MP V. Hanumanth Rao, also addressed the gathering.
