Bomb Threat Email Triggers Security Alert at Nampally Criminal Court in Hyderabad

A bomb threat email sent by an unidentified person triggered a major security alert at the Nampally Criminal Court on Thursday afternoon. The email claimed an explosion would take place at 2 pm, prompting immediate action by police and security agencies.

As soon as officials received the alert, police teams rushed to the court premises. Security personnel sealed the area and activated emergency protocols to protect lawyers, court staff, and the public.

Authorities deployed the bomb disposal squad to conduct a thorough inspection of the court complex and surrounding areas. Police evacuated advocates, employees, and visitors as a precaution. Officials cleared the entire premises and tightened security across the zone.

The sudden alert caused panic among lawyers and court staff, many of whom were present for regular hearings. Bomb squad teams checked every corner of the building for suspicious objects. Sniffer dogs assisted the search operation.
