Hyderabad: Telangana Announces TG CETs-2026 Schedule for Professional Course Admissions

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has announced the schedule for the Telangana Common Entrance Tests-2026 (TG CETs-2026) for admissions into various professional courses for the academic year 2026–27.

According to an official press note issued by Prof. Sriram Venkatesh, Secretary, TGCHE on Tuesday December 30, the computer-based entrance examinations will be conducted across Telangana on multiple dates between early May and early June 2026. The tests will be organized under the supervision of designated state universities.

TG EAPCET-2026

As per the schedule, the TG EAPCET-2026 for admissions into B.E., B.Tech, Pharmacy, and Pharma D programmes will be conducted on May 4 and 5 for Agriculture and Pharmacy streams, and on May 9, 10, and 11 for Engineering courses. The examination will be conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad.

TG EDCET-2026

The TG EDCET-2026 for B.Ed admissions will be held on May 12 under the supervision of Kakatiya University. The TG ICET-2026 for MBA and MCA admissions will be conducted on May 13 and 14 by Mahatma Gandhi University.

TG ECET-2026

For lateral entry admissions into B.E., B.Tech, and B.Pharmacy courses, the TG ECET-2026 is scheduled for May 15. The TG LAWCET-2026 for three-year and five-year LLB courses, along with the TG PGLCET-2026 for LLM admissions, will be conducted on May 18 by Osmania University.

TG PGECET-2026

The TG PGECET-2026 for admissions into M.E., M.Tech, M.Pharm, M.Arch, and Pharma D (Post-Baccalaureate) programmes will be conducted by JNTUH from May 28 to May 31. Meanwhile, the TG PECET-2026 for B.P.Ed and U.G.D.P.Ed programmes will be held from May 31 to June 3 under the supervision of Satavahana University.

TGCHE stated that detailed notifications covering eligibility criteria, online application procedures, registration fees, and examination guidelines will be released separately by the respective CET conveners.
