Headless Woman’s Body Found Near Mettapur; Nizamabad Police Launch Probe

Nizamabad, Nov 3: A shocking murder case has surfaced in Mettapur under Navipet mandal of Nizamabad district, where the decapitated and partially mutilated body of an unidentified woman was found early Saturday morning. Police said the woman’s body was discovered lying nude near a roadside field by a local farmer, Satish, who immediately alerted authorities. The head and parts of her hands were missing, making identification difficult. Commissioner of Police Sai Chaitanya and ACP Raja Venkat Reddy visited the scene. Naseer Giyas Hyderabad, Nov 3: A major road tragedy struck Telangana on Monday when a speeding tipper truck collided head-on with a passenger bus near Khanapur stage in Chevella mandal, Ranga Reddy district. According to police reports, the accident occurred on a sharp curve of the Hyderabad–Bijapur highway. The tipper, carrying gravel, rammed into a Tandur depot bus traveling toward Hyderabad. The impact was so severe that the gravel poured into the bus, crushing passengers. At least 20 people, including 11 women, nine men, and a one-year-old girl, were killed instantly.
